Hearts 7

Card Distribution
All cards distributed continuously

Hand play
The player who has Hearts 7 leads that card. A card can be played if either the card above it or below it is already played. A 7 (from any suit) can be played at any time. One should not pass (i.e. not play a card) if one has a card that can be played at that time.

Practice is to stack 7-K, and 6-A together.

How the round is finished?
When one of the player runs out of the cards in hand.
Scoring
A, 10, J, Q, K have 10 points. Other cards have the points equal to the card number. Each player sums the points of all the cards in the hand and that is the score. Objective is to make as little score as possible.

Players can agree for a threshold score like 200/300 and play till player's cumulative score crosses that threshold. In such case, the player who remains when all other the players cross the threshold, is the winner.

Ticks of the trade
If you have Q/K, try to open up that suit as early as possible. Same with A. If you only have cards close to 7 and 6, you can try to delay playing them as long as possible to trouble other players.
